The application for leave to appeal is also considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. The Court of Appeals has ordered that the case be remanded to the Wayne Circuit Court, and this denial is without prejudice to the right of the parties to present argument in the Wayne Circuit Court with regard to whether further proceedings can or should be conducted as to the amount of damages, or as to the allocation of damages among the individual defendants. The motion for stay is DENIED.
